Winstars3 Discord should be added.

Hi, I am someone who is still playing Winstars3 these days. I noticed that it would be good to put information about apps, ideas, etc. on the Discord, so that other people can see the ideas, report bugs, and others can agree with them, and many other things. So why not make one?
I tried to make a Winstars3 Discord on a trial basis, but since I didn't know how to do it in detail, it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. I hope others will make one if possible.
