Jupiter

Post by Kozima »

Jupiter is the largest planet in our solar system. Furthermore, its mass is 2.5 times greater than the combined mass of all the planets in the solar system except Jupiter. Furthermore, its orbital inclination is only 3.13° and is expected to change little seasonally. The average orbital radius is 5.8 AU (77800 km).

Jupiter is the dominant planet in the solar system (excluding the sun). Jupiter is the dominant planet in the solar system (excluding the sun), with the highest gravity dominance of any planet (49%). Jupiter has a huge core at its center, and its mass would be about ten times that of the Earth. Its main constituents would be rock and ice. But recent studies suggest that maybe (very likely) there is no core and metallic hydrogen is larger than previously expected. The center has higher pressure and temperature. The central temperature could reach 20,000 K (Kelvin) and the pressure could reach 10 GPa.

One of Jupiter's characteristics is its vertical pattern, which can be seen in the photograph. The reason for this is the effect of Jupiter's high-speed rotation and the possibility of a chemical origin, carried by upwelling air currents from the interior. It is possible that data from exoplanets may be needed to accurately elucidate Jupiter's atmosphere. Jupiter is still an object full of unknowns.
